- 125g Prawn Gyoza – Approx. 5 pieces
- 2-3 tsp. Oyster sauce
- 1-2 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Clove garlic - Crushed
- ½ Pak Choy
- 1/2 Carrot – cut into circles
- 1/2 Red Capsicum – Cut into strips
- ½ Zucchini – cut into circles
To serve:
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions - Thinly sliced
Step 1: Prep Your Prawn Gyoza
Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Sauté frozen Prawn Gyoza on a medium heat for 2 minutes or until skin is lightly brown.
Reduce heat to medium/low, add 5-6 tablespoons of water to pan and cover with a lid. Steam Prawn Gyoza for 6 to 7 minutes or until no more water is visible.
Once cooked, transfer the Prawn Gyoza to a bowl.
Step 2: Prep Your Veggies
Add garlic, pak choy, carrot, zucchini, and capsicum to the frying pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender and lightly browned.
Step 3: Mix All
Return the Prawn Gyoza to the pan and stir to combine. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook, stirring gently, until glazed.
Step 4: Serve Your Masterpiece
Once cooked, transfer to a plate to serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions on top. And voila!
