The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program
A Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognised food safety certification covering all stages of the food supply chain through industry-specific codes ranging from primary production through to food manufacturing, distribution, food packaging and retail. Learn more here
Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP)
HACCP is recognised internationally as the best method of preventative food risk management. It focuses on potential physical, chemical and biological hazards that could occur during the food manufacturing process and make the end product unsafe. A fundamental aim of the HACCP principles is to discover any potential hazards so that control measures can be designed. If necessary, these control measures would be put in place and reduce the risk of hazards occurring.
The Aquaculture Stewardship Council
An independent, international non-profit organisation that manages the world’s leading certification and labelling program for responsible aquaculture. Learn more here

A co-regulatory, not for profit organisation that partners with government and industry to reduce the harmful impact of packaging on the Australian environment.
