Ingredients
  • 160g Salt & Pepper Squid – Approx. 8 Pieces
  • 200g Chinese cabbage - Shredded
  • ½ Red Onion - Sliced
  • ½ Bell pepper - Thinly sliced
  • ½ Carrot - Cut into batons
  • 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ Garlic clove - Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh basil leaves - Chopped
Cooking Method

Step 1: Zesty Lemon Flavours

Prepare the marinade by combining sliced red onion, bell pepper, carrot batons, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh basil leaves in a bowl.
