- 100g Panko Crunchy Squid Rings – Approx. 5pieces
- A handful of baby spinach
- A handful of rocket
- A few basil leaves
- 4 Seedless baby cucumber – sliced
- 6 Cherry tomatoes – Cut in quarters
- Red Capsicum – diced
- Olives – pitted
- ¼ Red onion - Thinly sliced
- Feta – Crumbled
- Lemon juice
- Dried Oregano
Step 1: Prep Your Oil
Preheat your frying oil to 175°C.
While it’s heating up, cut the veggies (if not done already).
Step 2: Tasty sauce
Combine the lemon juice and oregano in a mixing bowl and whisk to blend.
Step 3: Golden Panko Crunchy Squid Rings
Once your oil is at the right temperature, carefully add the frozen Panko Crunchy Squid Rings to the hot oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are fully cooked and golden.
Step 4: Assemble Your Masterpiece
