BBQ/PAN FRY

 Pan Fry: 

  1. Preheat a fry pan to medium heat.  

  2. Add a tablespoon of suitable cooking oil to the pan and place the salmon skin side down first.  Cooked for 4 – 5 minutes before turning over and cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from the pan and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC Fan forced of 200oC conventional. 

  2. Place the salmon on a baking paper lined tray and place in the centre of the oven, bake for 12 minutes. 

  3. Once cooked, remove and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Product has previously been frozen and not suitable for refreezing. 

Products are to be well cooked prior to consumption.
