BBQ/PAN FRY

  1. Preheat the BBQ flat plate or fry pan to medium heat.

  2. Add a tablespoon of suitable cooking oil to the plan and place the salmon skin side down first.  Cook for 4-5 minutes before turning and cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove and allow to stand for 1 minutes before consuming.

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC Fan forced of 200oC conventional. 

  2. Place the salmon skin side up, on a baking paper lined tray and place in the centre of the oven, bake for 12 minutes. 

  3. Once cooked, remove, and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Products are to be well cooked prior to consumption.
