BBQ/PAN FRY

Preheat the BBQ flat plate or fry pan to medium heat.

Add a tablespoon of suitable cooking oil to the plan and place the salmon skin side down first. Cook for 4-5 minutes before turning and cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.

Remove and allow to stand for 1 minutes before consuming.
Oven Bake

Preheat the oven to 180oC Fan forced of 200oC conventional.

Place the salmon skin side up, on a baking paper lined tray and place in the centre of the oven, bake for 12 minutes.

Once cooked, remove, and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Products are to be well cooked prior to consumption.
